Little Play Planet runs in two hour sessions. Please always check our website for availability.
We recommend advance booking to ensure availability. We don’t want to disappoint anyone. For your comfort we limit guest numbers to prevent overcrowding. Booking online is really easy and won’t take too long!
If you haven’t pre-booked we may ask you to wait until all booked guests have checked in to ensure availability
You may arrive at any time during a session, but each session finishes promptly to allow time to reset the areas and get ready to welcome the next guests. Arriving on time will allow you and your Little Player to make the most of your visit.
We encourage adults to join their Little Players to play in our mini-town. Everyone must remove their shoes but we request socks are worn at all times (you may bring slippers if you wish). As per our rules, all children must be supervised at all times.
Visitors & Safety
We believe that children 1-7 or 8 years will find the mini-town most enjoyable, however, there are no restrictions as we recognise that all children are different.
We offer a discounted rate to educational establishments such as schools and nurseries visiting during term-time Monday to Friday. Contact Little Play Planet for more information on how to book.
We strive to be inclusive, considering disabilities, food intolerances and allergies. If you have any special requests, we would like to know and we will do our best to meet your needs.
Unfortunately, we do not have wheelchair access and there are stairs leading up to the main entrance.
Pricing & Payments
At present, we do not currently charge for accompanying adults.
However, we do have somewhat limited seating space and adults may have to share a table during busy periods.
Additionally, non-walking babies are free when booked with a child place.
We accept all major credit and debit cards in the cafe and for entry, including online bookings.
Pre-booked tickets are non-refundable, but if you give us at least 24 hours notice we can transfer your booking to a later date. Our contact details are available on the contact us page.
Yes, although booking ahead is recommended. We limit the number of visitors in each session to prevent over-crowding.
Facilities & Food & Drink
Our café offers a range of hot & cold drinks, snacks, light bites and main meals for all visitors. The café is only open during session times.
The play area, however, is a designated ‘food free’ zone and we ask for all your support in achieving this for the safety of all.
We have on-site baby changing facilities, high chairs and small selection of baby toys and books.
We take party or group bookings in advance so you can be sure there will be enough availability for your guests. For bigger parties requiring exclusive use call 01292 737740 or email hello@littleplayplanet.com with your requirements.
We aim to cater for a range of food intolerances including gluten free options. No food is allowed in the play area. Food will only be served and consumed in the dedicated food area.
